I. Application Introduction
Polypropylene transparent Masterbatches are mainly put into
use for half-crystallized resins, especially polypropylene resin.
This kind of masterbatch can enhance the resin transparency
and mechanical property to greatly improve the productivity, reduce cost and enlarge the application scale for resin. They
can be used in the process of plastic injection, blowing, and
film flack extrusion. This kind of masterbatch is suitable for
random copolymerization and homopolymerization PP, PE
is also effected..
II. Product Characteristics
· Enhance the transparent quality of Polyolefine;
· Improve brightness of product appearance;
· Shorten figuration period;
· Improve flexural modulus fastness and elongation fastness;
· Raise the distortion temperature;
· Shorten the size change of figured products.
III. Application Ratio and Method
Mix polypropylene transparent Masterbatch with the stuff resin
at ratio of 1:25 to 1:50 (different ratio decided by the product
property). After simply stirring the mixture to homogeneous
(no addictive agent needed), we can get the final products as we want. Normally the ratio is1:40 to1:50. |
